{"id":6462,"date":"2026-01-02T04:32:30","date_gmt":"2026-01-02T04:32:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dwzq.com.sg\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=6462"},"modified":"2026-01-02T13:47:47","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T13:47:47","slug":"associate-director-director","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/dwzq.com.sg\/zh\/job-openings\/associate-director-director\/","title":{"rendered":"Associate Director &#8211; Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and self-motivated professional with 8 \u2013 12 years of corporate finance advisory experience to join our growing Investment Banking department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Actively involved in transactional deal execution and origination activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify, address, resolve or mitigate issues identified in the course of IPO and M&amp;A due diligence work and other assigned transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and assist in preparation of transaction documents for IPO and M&amp;A engagements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead discussions involving clients, professionals and relevant regulatory authorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as relevant regulatory requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be involved in SGX Catalist Continuing Sponsorship work&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise junior staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passed CMFAS RES 4 (or M4A) and is currently a MAS registered representative&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have relevant experience and actively engaged in Corporate Finance advisory work as part of Investment Banking team(s).
