In early January 2025, Soochow Securities Co., Ltd., (“Soochow Securities”) acquired the remaining stake in Soochow Securities (Singapore) Financial Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“SCSS”) from the other shareholder, making SCSS a wholly-owned subsidiary of Soochow Securities.

It also holds controlling stakes in Soochow Asset Management and Soochow Futures.
